Is there a credit check?

In most markets we perform a soft credit check that does not impact your score. We focus more on your driving history and verification for rideshare and delivery platforms.

Is insurance included?

Insurance options are available and vary by market. Some plans include insurance, while others let you bring your own policy. You’ll see the details during your application and when you check availability.

What happens if I want to renew?

Weekly plans auto-renew as long as your account is in good standing. For monthly plans, you can extend easily inside your account or by contacting support before your end date.

What documents are required?

Typically you’ll need a valid driver’s license, proof of eligibility for your chosen apps (Uber, Lyft, etc.), and in some cases proof of residence. We’ll walk you through exactly what’s needed after you apply.
